Catherine Cross has over twenty years’ experience of leading and delivering complex and successful transformational change programmes for both Central and Local Government. The design and delivery of these programmes affected significant improvements in service delivery and demand management whilst keeping the service user central to any programme. Key to the success was a deep understanding of the needs and pressures of all parties and the ability to manage across a wide and varying stakeholder group, including Ministers, senior civil servants and local politicians. All programmes involved significant change management where the critical element needed to realise the anticipated benefits of the business cases produced involved making people integral to every step of the journey, from inception to design and through implementation and stabilisation. Catherine has a passion for reforming how public services are designed and delivered to those in society who need the most help and fundamentally understands that patients, service users and carers are a critical part of this reform.
